Shipping Policy

Shipping & Fulfillment Policy — Renegade Activations

Thank you for supporting my work! I handle all orders personally, so this policy reflects what I can realistically manage to ensure your music arrives safely.

1. Shipping Origins
All physical products, including CDs and merchandise, are shipped directly from my studio in the United States.

​

2. Shipping Zones & Rates

  • United States only:

    • All physical items (CDs, etc.) ship via USPS Media Mail.

    • Flat rate: $5 USD per order.

    • Estimated delivery: 3–10 business days from the date of shipping.

Please note these are estimates from the date of shipping, not the order date. Delays may occur due to weather, USPS, or other factors outside of my control.

3. Order Processing

  • I personally process all orders during regular business hours, Monday through Friday.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.

5. Customs & Import Taxes

  • Currently, I only ship within the United States. For future international shipping, customers would be responsible for any customs, import duties, or taxes that may apply.

  • I cannot control delays due to customs inspections or regulations.

6. Lost or Damaged Items

  • If your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact me immediately at connect@renegadeactivations.com. I will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue, and I’ll do my best to make things right.

7. Important Notes

  • As a solo creator, I handle all packing and shipping personally. While I strive for speed and care, fulfillment times may vary slightly depending on order volume or personal constraints.

  • Thank you for your patience and for honoring the time and energy it takes to share this work.
