By purchasing, downloading, streaming, or engaging with any content from this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully — these terms are designed to protect both your experience and the energetic integrity of this work.
 

1. Nature of This Work


The sounds, activations, and transmissions are intended to support transformation, remembrance, and coherence across the subtle, emotional, and physical bodies.

 

2. Use Rights & Licensing
 

All recordings, activations, and sound transmissions are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of Taylor Forrest (dba Renegade Activations).
When you purchase, download, or stream content, you are receiving a limited, non-exclusive "standard" license. For commercial use, a "commercial" license must be obtained. Read below to see which license fits your needs the most:

Personal Use (Standard License)


You may:

  • Listen privately for personal, home, or individual spiritual practice.

  • Use during personal meditation, journaling, rest, or energetic work for yourself or loved ones (non-commercial).
     

You may not:

  • Distribute, remix, or upload the music publicly (including YouTube, Spotify, or social platforms).

  • Use the music for promotional or paid offerings where the music is integral to those offerings (for instance, if you are a breathwork facilitator selling tickets to a "Breathwork and Sound" experience, a commercial license must be obtained.

ALL DIGITALLY DOWNLOADED FILES & PHYSICAL COPIES OF MUSIC ARE GOOD FOR PERSONAL AND PUBLIC USE BUT CANNOT BE USED COMMERCIALLY WITHOUT A COMMERCIAL LICENSE

Public Use (Standard License)

If you hold an active subscription, you may:​

  • Play the music through speakers in your healing or ceremonial space as background/supportive sound where the music itself isn't integral to your practice (ie. chiropractor offices, spas, yoga studios etc.)
     

An active subscription does not allow you to:

  • Use the music as the central or featured element of a paid experience (e.g., a breathwork journey, medicine ceremony, or immersive healing experience etc.) without a commercial license.

  • Record or distribute sessions containing the music (including livestreams, video courses, or digital events) without written permission.

Facilitator Use (Commercial License)

​

For any use beyond personal or public permissions, a commercial license is required. This includes:

​​

  • Perpetual / Term Based Licenses — for ongoing professional use of tracks in live or recorded healing experiences where the music is integral to the session.

  • Sync License — for use of music in videos, films, documentaries, apps, or digital media.

  • Product Integration License — for incorporating the music into physical or digital products (courses, guided journeys, meditations, etc.).

3. Orders & Payments

​

All prices are listed in USD.
Payments are processed securely through Wix Payments or other listed gateways.
Digital products are delivered instantly after purchase; physical items are shipped within stated timeframes.
Due to the energetic nature of this work, all sales are final unless a technical error occurs.

4. Intellectual Property

All audio on this site is the property of Taylor Forrest (dba Renegade Activations).
No part of this work may be reproduced, redistributed, modified, or resold without written permission or license.

5. Health Disclaimer

​

Renegade Activations sound journeys are created as energetic and creative tools to support balance and remembrance.
They are not offered to replace medical, psychological, or therapeutic care from a licensed provider.

6. Limitation of Liability

All offerings are provided “as is.”
I am not responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages that may arise from use of my music, products, or website.
