Welcome to Renegade Activations, operated by Taylor Forrest (dba Renegade Activations) (“I,” “my,” or “this website”).
By purchasing, downloading, streaming, or engaging with any content from this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully — these terms are designed to protect both your experience and the energetic integrity of this work.
1. PERMISSIONS / LICENSING
The Journeyer membership provides streaming access to the complete music library for personal listening. This includes listening independently, or playing the music with friends, family, or loved ones.
The Facilitator membership is designed for practitioners using the music during live, personally facilitated sessions with paying clients. This includes practices like massage therapy, Reiki, breathwork, meditation, yoga, coaching and other wellness practices at a lower scale (typically this means the group sizes are smaller, less frequent, and lower in pricing compared to higher volume scaled businesses). The Facilitator membership covers one practitioner. If multiple practitioners, employees, or contractors plan to use the music, each person needs their own Facilitator membership unless a separate business license has been arranged. Only live playback is covered. It does not permit redistributing, reselling, embedding, or incorporating the music into recorded sessions, courses, products, apps, or content that others can access afterward.
For Commercial Use, a license is required for uses involving greater scale, reproduction, distribution, technology integration, or recorded content. This includes:

Film, television, gaming, documentaries, and other synchronized media

Retreats, Festivals, Corporate Events, Large Scale Creators, etc.

Offering the music as a company's scalable/repeatable signature branded experience

Wellness Apps, membership libraries, digital platforms

Integrating the music into built in libraries for Vibroacoustic tables, wellness devices, etc.

Recorded Meditations, hypnosis, breathwork, courses, etc.

Customer replays or recordings containing the music

Podcasts, social media content, advertisements, branded content, etc.

Hotels, spas, studios, multi-location use, exhibitions, live music experiences, etc.

Any use that distributes, embeds, reproduces, or incorporates the music into another offering
Commercial licenses are customized according to the scope of the project. To discuss licensing, email me at renegade.activations@gmail.com and describe in as much detail as possible what your project is and how you plan to use the music so that I can assign you the proper licensing.
Prefer to own the music instead of streaming?
—the music is also available as digital downloads and physical CDs. Purchasing the music provides personal access and does not automatically include facilitator membership uses, recorded, or commercial-use rights.

2. Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in USD.
Payments are processed securely through Wix Payments or other listed gateways.
Digital products are delivered instantly after purchase; physical items are shipped within stated timeframes.
Due to the energetic nature of this work, all sales are final unless a technical error occurs.
3. Intellectual Property
All audio on this site is the property of Taylor Forrest (dba Renegade Activations).
No part of this work may be reproduced, redistributed, modified, or resold without written permission or license.
4. Health Disclaimer
Renegade Activations sound journeys are created as energetic and creative tools to support balance and remembrance.
They are not offered to replace medical, psychological, or therapeutic care from a licensed provider.
5. Limitation of Liability
All offerings are provided “as is.”
