Refund Policy — Renegade Activations

Thank you for supporting Renegade Activations. Due to the nature of my offerings — digital downloads, streaming content, and physically produced music — all sales are final unless there is a legitimate issue caused by an error on my part.
 

1. Digital Products & Streaming

• All digital downloads and streaming content are delivered instantly or made accessible upon purchase.

• Refunds are only available if:

  • A technical error prevents you from accessing the purchased content, despite following all instructions.

  • You received the wrong digital item.

• To request a refund, please contact me at connect@renegadeactivations.com within 7 days of purchase and provide proof of the issue.
   

2. Physical Products (CDs, Merchandise, etc.)

• Refunds or exchanges are available only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or the wrong item was shipped.

• You must notify me within 7 days of delivery and provide a photo or evidence of the issue.

• Physical items must be returned in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error was on my side.
   

3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:

• Changes of mind, preference, or personal taste (there are 10 minutes of samples that are available on the home page to help determine whether the tracks align with your preference before purchase).

• Claims that the music did not produce a specific experience or energetic effect.

• Partial use or consumption of digital content.
   

4. Resolution Process

• All requests will be reviewed by me, and if approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

• In cases where a digital download failed due to technical issues, I may instead provide replacement files or alternative access rather than a monetary refund.
